Stone Paddock Cabernet Franc has a bright red ruby edge, a beautifully scented nose of red currant, blackberry and floral aromas of violets and jasmine, with hints of sweet cocoa powder, and dried herb.

A perfumed nose of ripe blueberry, blackberry, and violet is layered with white pepper, savoury cured meat, exotic spice, clove, and hints of bouquet garni. The palate is elegant and plush, with satin-textured tannins carrying vibrant black cherry and blackberry flavours. Subtle notes of five spice and white pepper add depth, leading to a long, lingering black cherry finish.

Upon release the wine is bright ruby in colour. There is a teasing array of vibrant red fruit on the nose including raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and plum.
