Originally made just for Churly's Brewpub and Eatery on Dominion Road and inspired by great lagers drunk throughout Asia. The perfect beer for all occasions.

Lid Ripper IPA is a take on an unfiltered Hazy IPA. Made with pale malts, oats, wheat and a special English ale yeast. It is late hopped and dry hopped twice with our favourite American and Australian hops. All this makes for a big juicy IPA, which is more restrained in bitterness than our usual IPAs but what it lacks in bitterness it makes up for with bucket loads of flavour and aroma. Back in the British Raj settlers were in dire need of rescuing from the Indian sun, so the IPA was born. BRB's interpretation is authentically brewed with loads of Pacifica hops for floral aromas, malty sweetness and a lingering dry finish.
