Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... reminiscing a glorious safari trip pre-Bach Brewing days. Their latest brew is loaded with a Rhino's weight of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra hops, and juicy malts originating from the fertile plains around Feilding. 8.2% ABV.

Lid Ripper IPA is a take on an unfiltered Hazy IPA. Made with pale malts, oats, wheat and a special English ale yeast. It is late hopped and dry hopped twice with our favourite American and Australian hops. All this makes for a big juicy IPA, which is more restrained in bitterness than our usual IPAs but what it lacks in bitterness it makes up for with bucket loads of flavour and aroma. PS drink this beer soon, Fresh is best!

Sometimes when you're getting things done in New Zealand's humidity you just want something cold & refreshing that's smashable without getting you smashed. Here in your hand is a beautiful Low Carb Pale Ale. Wait, yes you read that correctly, Low Carb, in fact it's more than 40% less carbs than our Chur! Pale Ale. So you don't have to feel guilty about drinking more than 1, we think that's pretty chur. We have brewed this beer to be big on drinkability but also massive on aroma and flavour. Perfect to crack open after doing some chores or even the first beer after a long day at work. We have brewed this beer with Pale and Vienna malts to finish super dry then hopped it with a load of our favourite American and NZ hops. So, what're you still doing reading this? Hurry and crack this open and smash it (responsibly obviously). You're welcome!

Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.

Ah, the old West Coast IPA, timeless and bold. A throwback to simpler times long ago, like 2015 sort of time. Big hops, no haze, a solid bitterness and an all-star lineup of citrus and pine dominant hops from the USA and New Zealand.

Brewed in honour of American bootleggers from the Prohibition days, this APA is loaded with malt characters, citrus notes, all-American aroma hops and a crisp bitter finish. Enjoy it before someone makes fun illegal again.
