A classic Barossa style with plum, dark berry, liquorice, chocolate and mocha flavours.

Dark & concentrated in colour, with red and purple hues. The bouquet is rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. The Palate is plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with fruitcake, plum, rum & raisin flavours.

Vibrant, rich and full bodies with intense red berry fruits, ripe blackberries and black pepper. Partner with rich beef dishes such as tenderloin or slow cooked beef cheek.

The award-winning Grant Burge Meshach is our flagship Shiraz, only released in vintages of outstanding quality, handpicked from near century old vines from the famed Barossa Valley. The fruit for this wine has tremendous concentration and intensity, making Meshach a powerful, yet beautifully balanced wine.

Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, our winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Margaret River wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink.

Intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean and spice. This super-rich, full-bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvety tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.

This is a wonderfully diverse Cabernet, boasting luscious, sweet fruit and a delightful hint of spice that offers a comforting and generous experience.
