Brothers Beer got their hands on a whole galaxy of high-quality malts: American Ale, Pilsner and Cara Pils. They scored two bags of Mosaic, seventy-five hundred grams of Simcoe and five packs of ultra-high alpha Citra, and a salt shaker half full of Southern Cross. Not that they needed all that for the beer, but once you get locked into a serious hop collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. Hoppy, with a lingering bitterness, notes of grapefruit, pine and caramel, and a resinous finish.

Surfing on a wave of Pilsner & Vienna malt, dropping in some Wheat & Oats. Full, ripe peaches with Mango, Apricot & Mandarin. Soft bitterness, rounded juicy body. Food match: your Nana's Bacon & Egg Pie. Sweet as, Bro!

A hazy IPA more meticulously crafted than a Bonsai. Mango - Nectarine - Mandarin. An oaty, wheaty, malty base so broad you could hold a karate tournament on it.
