Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

The Dalmore 12 is a Highland Single Malt shaped by careful maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rare, aged Oloroso Sherry casks. It opens with notes of citrus fruit, chocolate and aromatic spice, leading into a rich palate of Seville oranges, dried fruits and vanilla. The finish brings roasted coffee and dark chocolate, leaving a warm, lingering impression.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in three styles of Sherry cask- Matusalem, Apostoles and Amorosa it develops a rich, chocolaty profile layered with dried fruit, winter spice, orange zest, vanilla and toffee. Deep and complex, it delivers a warming finish that reflects the craftsmanship behind this much-loved expression.

Representing The Glenlivet's signature style, The Glenlivet 12 Year Old single malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks that impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky its distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie's Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character.
