Les Jamelles Syrah boasts deep colour and a syrupy consistency. This wine is very rich and full on the palate, with a touch of minerality as well as a long, silky finish that is of rare complexity and boasts a lovely lasting hint of liquorice.

Slightly coppery orange in colour, very different in aspect from a rosé, this macerated white wine features an atypical and very interesting palette of aromas redolent of subtle, spicy notes of ginger, cumin, juniper berry, clove, and gingerbread, as well as nuances of candied citrus fruit, orange zest and bergamot. Very delicate, fresh, smooth and harmonious on the palate. The same citrus notes perceived on the nose reappear on the palate along with floral notes (wallflower, nasturtium), finishing on a slightly peppery note (black pepper) due to light tannins that leave an impression of freshness and tautness.

With its pale pink colour, this wine is brilliant in aspect. It is extremely fruity and fragrant, with powerful aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus notes (pink grapefruit). It is extremely fresh and easy-drinking, bold, round and long on the palate with flavours reminiscent of fruit drop candies, peach and redcurrant, finishing on a note of grapefruit.
