A limited edition gin made in collaboration with Mt Difficulty. Handcrafted with Lighthouse Gin's signature botanicals and natural spring water filtered by the Remutaka Ranges. They then rest the gin in Mt Difficulty barrels retired from five years' service to their iconic Central Otago Pinot Noir. The result is a light, floral and citrus gin with a hint of Central Otago thyme and red berries. Sip neat or top with tonic and a slice of navel orange.
