Think less red fruit lolly, more stonefruit and blueberry magic. It's got that signature big, hazy energy, but it's engineered to disappear faster than a magic trick. Supercharged by Mosaic hop oil over the top of Mosaic Cryo and Citra Cryo, with Riwaka on point to tie it all together.Expect juicy stonefruit, blueberry, citrus and soft tropicals wrapped in dense haze, low perceived bitterness, and a dangerously moreish finish - a levelled-up brew for fans.

A wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English ale. Bookbinder is a blend of four malts combined with two classic Nelson grown European hops (Fuggles and Riwaka). The beer pours an attractive reddish brown, with a cream coloured head. Bookbinder has a sweet, perfumey, malt and hop aroma with a soft, malty, fruit and vinous palate that is both full flavoured and refreshing with a long, gently drying finish.

Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Fire Horse is this year's annual fresh hop release from Epic. Using fresh Riwaka hops from Eggers Hop Farm in upper Moutere, the hops are picked at peak condition and flown same day from farm to brewery, then brewed the same day while their oils and aromatics are at full intensity. This narrow harvest window is the only time a beer like this can be made during the year - capturing freshness, energy, bold juice and aroma that simply doesn't exist outside the season.
